What personal data we collect and for what purpose
Comments
If a user leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data indicated in the comment form as well as the IP address and browser user-agent data of the user in order to identify spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (“hash”) can be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you use it. The Gravatar Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/ . Once your comment has been approved, your profile image will be visible publicly in the context of your comment.
Media Files
If you are a signed up user and upload photos to the site, you might want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain your GPS location data. Visitors can retrieve this information by downloading images from the site.

If you leave a comment on our site, you can have your name, email address, and website saved in a cookie. This is for your convenience, so that you don’t have to fill it in again when you comment again. These cookies are stored for one year.
If you sign in to your account on the website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser supports cookies, the cookie contains no personal information, and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you sign in to your account, we also set several cookies with your login information and screen settings. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is done to detect and approve subsequent comments automatically instead of queuing them for approval.
For users with a registration on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their profile. All users can see, edit or delete their profile information at any time (except their username). The website administration can also see and change this information.

If you have an account on the site or if you have left comments, you may request an export file of the personal data we have stored about you, including the data you have provided. You may also request deletion of this data, this does not include data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
